These terms describe use of the Harman Consulting website at clintonharman.com and the Voice Development skill and standalone prompt, published by Clinton Harman. Questions can be sent to me@clintonharman.com.

Website use

The website shares articles, selected work and methods, and provides a way to contact me. Use it lawfully and respect other people's privacy and rights. Do not send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or deliberately interfere with the site.

Only submit writing, comments and other material that you are permitted to provide for the intended use. Keep confidential information and credentials out of public comments and support examples. Comments require agreement to publish the display name and comment if approved. I may decline or remove comments during moderation. The privacy policy explains the information saved with submissions.

An inquiry does not reserve availability or establish a consulting engagement. Any paid work requires a separate agreement.

Voice Development

Voice Development helps examine the construction of supplied writing and prepare an evidence-based inventory. A reviewed inventory can support a draft written Voice Profile. Review the observations and exact profile before adopting it. The method does not identify a voice from a person's name, generate audio, or automatically save a profile across conversations.

You choose which samples to provide and whether the AI application is appropriate for them. Review generated analysis and writing before relying on, sharing or publishing it. Results depend on the supplied evidence, the application and its behavior; the method does not guarantee a particular result.

The host application is a separate service with its own terms, account requirements and data practices. Installing the skill does not create a service account with me.

License and attribution

The Voice Development package and its corresponding online prompt are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). That license permits copying, redistribution and adaptation, including commercial use, with appropriate credit, a license link and an indication of changes. It does not permit implying the author's endorsement or imposing restrictions on uses the license allows. The complete license governs those materials.

Suggested attribution: “Voice development, by Clinton Harman / Past Life, licensed under CC BY 4.0.” Describe changes when applicable. The historical Past Life attribution remains part of the package's credit.

That license covers the package and corresponding prompt. It does not license the rest of this website, third-party material shown here, or writing samples supplied by users. Follow any separate rights or license notices attached to those materials. These terms do not reduce rights granted by CC BY 4.0 or rights that apply by law.

Availability, support and changes

The website and free method are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. The CC BY 4.0 license contains the warranty and liability terms applicable to the licensed materials. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Support is available through the support page. No response time is promised. Changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated effective date; changes do not withdraw rights already granted under the skill's license.
